Hmpf. A visitor.

How it works

Three steps. One of them takes ten seconds.

1

Pick a break or stop

A break has an end date, like 30 days. Stopping has none. You can extend whenever you like.

2

One tap a day

How was today? Rest your finger on the lantern. The reminder never gives away what it's about.

3

Watch your island grow

Every day you make it adds a piece: the jetty, the shed, the lighthouse, the boat. And the guests find their way.

When a craving hits

A craving is like a wave. It rises, peaks and settles.

Tap the wave and you ride it out together. Breathe for one, three or five minutes, get up and change rooms, or call someone you chose ahead of time.

The helplines are always one tap away.

Free

Sit down. Have some heather. It helps. Sometimes.

Hard days

You know which days will be hard. Now you can be ready.

The Friday dinner, payday weekend, the wedding. Add a storm warning, decide ahead of time what you'll do when the wind picks up, and get your plan in the morning.

Free

I've seen storms. They pass. Every one.
A storm warning with a plan for a hard day.

The holidays

We're here when it's hardest, too.

New Year's Eve, Midsummer, Christmas: the evenings that tend to be the hardest. The island dresses up, and the day before it asks if you'd like a plan. Help with cravings is one tap away, day and night.

Midsummer

Halloween

The lantern becomes a pumpkin.

Christmas

A tree with lights and a Santa hat.

New Year

Fireworks on the horizon at midnight.

Week by week, see what tends to happen in your body and mind, and what you might notice yourself. Everything has a source, and it says how well documented it is.

A living island

Morning, day and evening. Your island comes along.

The sky shifts with the time of day, the island dresses for the season, and if you like, it can have the same weather as where you are.

Every time you open the app it looks a little different. Just like a real island.

A bad day

One bad day doesn't erase the good ones.

Didn't go to plan today? Answer honestly. The lantern goes out and your streak starts over, but your island keeps every piece and your badges stay.

Coming back the day after is the hardest step. So it gets a badge of its own.

Hmpf. The island doesn't count mistakes. Neither do I.
Your streak of lanterns. After a bad day, a new streak begins.

The island

Your island grows with you, and guests find their way.

Kobben has sat on this rock for a thousand years. He's patient, but he notices every piece. In time, new guests find their way, from Ärla, who comes the morning after your first day, to the seasonal visitors.

Every guest has a name and a little story of their own, and they all end up in the guestbook.

There. Now the island is a little more yours.

Apple Watch

The lantern is on your wrist, too.

Answer the day with a tap, breathe through a wave with gentle haptics, and see your days right on the watch face.

The watch gets its own copy from your phone. No account and no cloud.

Breathing on Apple Watch: Breathe in.

Badges

Small celebrations for big steps.

The jetty at seven pieces, the lighthouse at thirty. Ride out a storm, come back after a bad day. Tap a badge to see why you got it.

They stay, whatever happens with the lantern.

A badge with the story of why you got it.

Yours, and only yours.

No account

No email and no sign-in. Open the app and begin.

Stays on your phone

Your days and notes are stored only on your iPhone and watch. We have no server that receives them.

Discreet

Notifications never mention what you're taking a break from. No tracking and no ads.

Kobbling is not medical care. If you drink a lot every day, stopping suddenly can be dangerous. Talk to a doctor or nurse first, so you can cut down safely. The app lists helplines for your country. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

A healthier life is built one day at a time.

Less alcohol and nicotine tends to show: in your sleep, your energy and your wallet. Kobbling promises no miracles. It's there for the next day, and the one after that.
